I kept this outfit super simple to keep the attention on the body hugging choker dress and the perspex heels. It did look a little too plain so I added the belt to enhance the waist line and just to add a little more detail to it. If you're not digging the dress you could just slip on some high waisted jeans or shorts to give it a more casual/street style look.
