NYE Outfit Idea #2.

Here is the #2 outfit idea for those who are going to NYE celebrations/events/parties etc. I decided to go for the sweet girl look by pairing my gold and black skater skirt with my halter top. As the outfit was still lacking something, I layered this gorgeous boho inspired necklace to kill off the dullness. Of course the outfit cannot be called complete without my thigh high boots.
